Compound of gas, liquid ozone (3000m 2 /min) is recovered from accelerator LINAC at bacteria exterminating plant to ozone workshop, it is mixed into 2 react towers via 10 venture absorb network for net mixture, where ozone liquid is accumulated to the extent of saturated level (obtained concentration 0.15-0.3 PPM) this ozone liquid is circulated by pump into washing tank where soak-dipping conveyor belt 7-14 min/Batch of vegetable, root, fruit. Air rich of ozone is blown into basement chamber for drying, and product surface with contaminated product (bacteria, fungus, yeast, pesticide, pest…) capability of washing, rinsing effectively the pesticide extra quantity and destroy microbiology, moss fungus from ozon has been widely studies and proved. |

Some of experimental results wash off pesticide extra quantity on vegetable fruit: |
Experimental was conducted at Son Son Corporation for several kind of vegetable fruit like: green cabbage, cove bean, leak celery, spinach, sweet beed, mint, other vegetable… mango, orange lechee, blue dragon, longan… vegetables, fruit are sprayed plant protective chemical like: Netoxon, Basacomix, Slepton, TP, Pentin, vibamoe, brightin, calleus, andoril 100EC cymerin EC punisx 25EC tonadu / OEC, regent 5800 WG Binhdan 18SL… with distant separated time. To be tested at Son Son Co., ltd showed the ozone concentration.
C = 0.3 – 0.35 mg/l – Rinse & soak time T= 5 + 10 Min.
Is affected to treat the extra quantity of pesticide from vegetable, fruit under MRL level.
(to be controlled under process of extra quantity plant protective chemical under color chemical test GT together acetylcholine sterase from department of plant protection (8)) Thus the concentration adding of ozne and basic treating time is determined respectively with separated time (MiM) is 8 hours (as of the last spray, via transport till ozone treatment) is very low nearly minimum reasonable level, but above practical, experimental document, material are used as ground to design tank automatic conveyance for soaking, rinsing vegetable and for production. |
